Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Legal Associate to join our team. If you re passionate about real estate law, particularly RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and
professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents
: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents to ensure full compliance with RERA regulations.
RERA Compliance & Scrutiny
: Provide assistance in scrutinizing real estate projects and ensuring compliance with RERA guidelines. This includes maintaining up-to-date records and submissions for project registration, updates, and renewal processes.
Liaison with Clients & Authorities
: Act as a point of contact between clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams. Coordinate with clients an authorities to ensure timely submissions and resolve any compliance-related queries.

Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor s or Master s degree in law.
