Role & responsibilities

• Resolve legal cases arising out of land and revenue matters.

• Handle and represent the company/trust in all legal matters and cases pertaining to

  Mathura, Allahabad, and Rajasthan

  jurisdictions.

• Prepare, file, and argue cases before respective courts, tribunals, and legal authorities.

• We are looking for Lawyers who can handle land matters, Trust matters at Gujarat, Delhi, Mathura and are well aware of Bombay Trust Act.

• We are looking for Advocate who can handle Delhi Trust matter.

• We are looking for lawyers who can handle the Wills and file the case against Transfer of Land, making Gift Deeds which are wrongly. interpreted and can file respective suits for the same.

• Manage and oversee all

  trust-related cases based in Delhi

  , ensuring compliance with trust laws and statutory requirements.

• Draft, review, and vet trust deeds, property documents, and related legal papers

• To take care of all agreements to be executed at Nashik, Mumbai, to visit Nashik to execute the agreements, Khamgaon

  .

• Make available land for Project activities i.e. within and outside lease; non forest land, forest land and R&R of the project people.

• Settlement of land. It would include settling disputes, formulation of legal agreements and execution and implementation Close networking with the project affected people, govt agencies and other stakeholders, Land Leases and Forest.

• Clearance- Prepare applications/ letters for Land Leases for the company & N.A Application.

• Coordinate and follow-up with Govt. Officials in land Department for processing. Work on regularization of all land records in favors of the company including purchased lands.

• Prepare renewal applications for various Land Leases of the company. Coordinate and follow-up at Block and District Level Govt.

• Prepare Forest Diversion Proposals and comply all requirement for processing of proposal.

• Monitor compliance to all conditions stipulated in the Forest Clearances obtained Coordinate and follow-up with forest officials at Range Office.

• Attend various meetings with Govt. Officials regarding land.

• Legal Scrutiny of Legal notices and extend necessary support for preparing suitable reply, Prepare Legal agreements for different departments of the division, Coordinate with company's Legal Counsel and provide inputs for submitting suitable reply on different matters listed in courts.

• Identify various Legal and statutory requirements arising out of various circulars and court orders.

• Technical Competencies

• Candidates must have knowledge on Govt. rules and regulations & processes regarding Land Acquisition, Land Lease, Forest diversion proposals etc.

• The candidate should have legal experience in dealing with land, revenue, forest officials & legal matters.
