As a Legal Associate at Lakstech IT Solutions, you will be a vital part of our team, focusing on reviewing, drafting, and redlining various legal documents and agreements essential to our operations in the United States. **Responsibilities:** - Review, draft, and redline a variety of agreements such as contracts, leases, operating agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and laws. - Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contractual matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve legal issues. - Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations. - Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from a recognized institution. - Admission to the bar in the United States or India. - 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, preferably in a corporate or real estate field. - Strong understanding of US contract law and legal principles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
