The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing, drafting, and redlining various legal documents and agreements critical to our operations in the United States. Responsibilities: Review, draft, and redline a variety of agreements, including but not limited to contracts, leases, operating agreements, and other legal documents, to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve legal issues. Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from a recognized institution. Admission to the bar in the United States/India 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, preferably in a corporate or Real estate field. Strong understanding of US contract law and legal principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
