Job Opening: Full-Time Advocate at Licit Go Legal – Whitefield, Bengaluru About Us: Licit Go Legal is a reputed legal consultancy firm specializing in real estate law, banking legal services, property documentation, and legal compliance. We are looking for a committed and experienced legal professional to join our growing team in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Position: Full-Time Advocate Work Profile: The selected candidate will be responsible for: Title verification and legal scrutiny of property documents Drafting Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSRs) for banks and financial institutions Property registrations and coordination at the Sub-Registrar Office Attending to Taluk Office, AC Office, and DC Office related legal work Drafting and vetting of: Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) General Power of Attorney (GPA) Sale Agreements Sale Deeds and other transactional documents Providing legal opinions for both individual and institutional clients Liaising with revenue and registration departments Remuneration: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and skills.
