Role DescriptionWe are looking for 2 associates- one male- one femaleThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate, based in Bhubaneswar. The Legal Associate will be responsible for assisting in case preparation, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing complex legal issues. Day-to-day tasks also include attending court proceedings, liaising with clients, and providing legal counsel as required. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with clients.QualificationsProficiency in Law and deep understanding of legal procedures and case lawExperience in Legal Document Preparation and addressing a variety of legal issuesStrong Analytical Skills to interpret and apply legal principles effectivelyExcellent Communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues professionallyPreferred experience in civil, criminal, or matrimonial lawBachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; an advanced degree in law is a plusAbility to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlinesBar Council registration and eligibility to practice law in India
