Role Description

• Drafting of Petitions, Applications, Replies etc.
• Appearances before courts and Tribunals
• Briefing Senior Advocates, Advocates.
• Drafting of Legal Notices, Agreements etc.

Competencies Required

• Must Have sound knowledge of Corporate Litigation and Disputes, Arbitration, Corporate Transactions.
• Must have worked in some good law firms.
• Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines is necessary.
• Ability to interact with staff from multiple departments.
• Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills are required.
• Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have done LLB from Tier 1 College/Institute.
• Minimum 3 years experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
