Legal Associate

As a Legal Associate at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal and compliance activities. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and managing contracts, coordinating legal documentation, supporting litigation processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across departments. You will be expected to review and analyze legal agreements and commercial contracts, maintain legal files including contracts and case files, and collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for court cases. Additionally, you will be assisting on legal issues related to HR, labor matters, and policy compliance, managing legal proceedings, and liaising with external legal counsel and law firms. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of contract law, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work effectively with both internal teams and external legal advisors. As the ideal candidate, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B) and have at least 1 year of legal experience.
