Legal Associate

You will be joining Akhil Akbar Ali Associates, a reputable law firm known for its extensive experience in litigation across various fields including Civil, Criminal, Company Law, National Green Tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Consumer Forums. The firm's practice also extends to appellate forums and the Supreme Court. Specializing in cases from the Green Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Redressal Forums, and National Company Law Tribunals, we ensure our clients" interests are protected at all times. Additionally, we provide consulting services on policy and legal aspects of policy making and implementation. As a Legal Associate based in Chennai, your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, conducting research on legal issues, and providing analytical support. You will be required to attend court hearings, consult with clients, and offer advice on legal matters. Daily tasks will involve drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, as well as staying updated with current laws and regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Law and Legal Document Preparation, strong analytical skills to support case preparation and strategy, excellent communication skills for client interactions and courtroom presentations, the ability to research and address various Legal Issues, proficiency in legal research tools and technology, and prior experience in a law firm or legal department, which would be highly beneficial.,
