We are looking for a Legal Associate with a dual background in Company Secretary (CS) and Law (LLB) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work on high-stake infrastructure projects, particularly in the areas of legal documentation, arbitration support, and claim quantification. Key Responsibilities Assist in legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts, concession agreements, and arbitration documents . Support in the quantification of claims for infrastructure projects, including analysis of contractual clauses, financial implications, and dispute matters. Provide legal compliance support for company operations in alignment with statutory requirements. Liaise with clients, counsels, and government authorities for legal and arbitration-related work. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely filings. We are seeking a dynamic Engineer (preferably Electrical Engineer) to join our TEV and LIE team. The role involves a mix of site visits, technical review of projects, and coordination with our financial modeling team . The candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical assessment and financial viability analysis for highway and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits for TEV and LIE assignments to assess technical and operational aspects of projects. Review and analyze Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for highway and infrastructure projects. Collaborate with the financial modeling team to align technical findings with project financials. Assess and validate project execution progress against timelines and budgets. Review Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) submitted by concessionaires/contractors and highlight key issues. Prepare and present technical notes/reports to support TEV and LIE deliverables. Liaise with clients, lenders, and stakeholders during project evaluations and inspections. Education: B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical Engineering preferred; Civil/Mechanical Engineers may also apply). Experience: 1–5 years in infrastructure/roads/highways sector (freshers with strong fundamentals may also be considered). Strong understanding of DPRs, technical drawings, and infrastructure project reports. Ability to connect technical observations with financial and commercial implications . Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and report writing. Good communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for site/project visits across India .
