Legal Associate

JOBDESCRIPTION:

Your job responsibilities will include,

 Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and construction contracts.

Ensure that all contractual terms comply with legal standards and serve the best interests of the client.

 Due Diligence: Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions to ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations.

Review and analyze title documents, land records, and other relevant legal documents.

Identify legal risks associated with property transactions and advise clients accordingly.

 Property Reports: Prepare comprehensive property reports that include legal status, title verification, and encumbrance checks.

Coordinate with surveyors, valuers, and other professionals to gather and analyze property details.

Draft and review reports for accuracy and completeness before submission to clients or stakeholders.

 RERA Compliance:

Advise clients on the compliance requirements under the Real Estate (Regulation and

Development) Act.

Represent clients in proceedings before the RERA authorities.

Keep up-to-date with amendments and modifications in RERA and communicate these changes effectively to clients.

 Client Consultation:

Provide legal consultation to clients regarding real estate investments, property management, and dispute resolution.

Develop legalstrategies tailored to client needs and objectives in the real estate domain.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LL.B)/ (LL.M) from a recognized university.

 Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in real estate law.

 Profound knowledge of the RERA and other related laws.

 Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
