1. To pursue each and every case of Federal Canada that is rejected by CHC and undertake fact finding functions to analyses as to why the case has been rejected and prepare minute sheet for summarizing the case.
2. Preparation & sending intimations regarding the rejections with detailed reasons to the branches and clients & informing about the option of Re-filing in other categories.
3. Interacting with the branches and clients through Tele quarries and walk in. Reply to the branches and client through e-mails/letters regarding rejections
4. Intimations, Tele-calling and e- mail to the clients regarding representation and Judicial Review.
5. Assisting in maintaining the record of Law Suit Cases and also helping dispatching the court notices regarding
