Legal Assistant

Role Overview: As a Commercial Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing various agreements and legal documents to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance with internal risk parameters, policies, and laws. Your role involves standardizing agreements, conducting detailed reviews to identify potential risks, raising red flags, and making recommendations to resolve issues. Additionally, you will participate in meetings to discuss and negotiate contract terms, assist in due diligence processes, and address key issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage disputes, arbitration, and litigation - Oversee litigation management through Provakil, ensuring real-time updates on cases related to respective mines - Identify cases that can be closed or are of small value, engage with the team for closure, and brief advocates with relevant facts for in-house resolution - Draft all litigation-related documents such as notices, suits, writ petitions, and written statements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field - Proven experience in drafting legal documents and agreements - Strong understanding of legal risks and compliance - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and handle disputes professionally,
