Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Advocate at the High Court of AP. The Advocate will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drawing up legal documents, advising clients on legal transactions, and conducting legal research. The Advocate will also be responsible for negotiating settlements, preparing for trials, and presenting cases in court as necessary. Qualifications Legal research, analysis, and writing skills Case preparation, trial representation, and negotiation skills Client advisory and legal document drafting skills Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Admitted to practice law in AP state Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field Experience in civil, criminal, and constitutional law is a plus
