Legal Assistant

• Prepare, review, and organize real estate legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, title search reports, MoUs, and contracts.
• Assist in due diligence for property acquisitions, including verifying title ownership and zoning regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external legal counsel, and government authorities on property matters.
• Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, and property records for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Track key dates such as agreement expirations, payment schedules, and legal deadlines.
• Draft and format legal correspondence, reports, notices, and other documentation.
• Support in managing litigation or arbitration cases related to property issues.
• Assist in ensuring all real estate activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to legal counsel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role, preferably within real estate or property law.
• Familiarity with RERA, property registrations, title due diligence, and local real estate regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
• Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of corporate compliance in property transactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple property portfolios.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
