Legal Assistant

• Candidates must have a strong background in real estate law, including experience with property transactions, zoning regulations, and contract negotiation.
• A proactive approach, excellent writing ability, great attention to detail in reviewing documents is necessary.
• Review of employment contracts, stock option plans, and company legal documents.
• Assist in royalty collection and other collectibles from Franchise Disclosure and Franchise Agreements.
• Reviewing FDD and update yearly.
• Reviewing and approving tile commitments.
• Assisting in real estate contract review and drafting for land buy/sell, tenant leases, and special provisions, and easements.
• Collect feasibility hard monies prior to closing.
• Assist bank loan term negotiations and legal counsel.
• Position requires a minimum of 5 years paralegal experience, 2 years of which must include law firm real estate (with title and survey analysis)·
• Paralegal certification·
• Must be a self-starter and the ability to successfully interact with diverse personalities·
• Effective time management, extremely high attention to detail required·
• Ability to successfully manage various deadlines within a short timeframe are critical·
• Must have strong organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task and move quickly from one assignment to another

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per hour
