Legal Advisor Real Esatate

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor with strong expertise in real estate laws and property-related legal matters. The candidate must have hands-on experience handling real estate documentation, agreements, registrations, litigations, and compliance, strictly within the real estate domain. Experience in civil and criminal cases will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing property agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, and other real estate-related contracts.
• Conducting due diligence on property titles and ensuring legal compliance.
• Handling property disputes, arbitration, and real estate litigations.
• Advising management on RERA, stamp duty, registration, and related statutory requirements.
• Coordinating with external legal counsels, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensuring all company real estate transactions comply with applicable laws.

Key Requirements:

• LLB/BL degree with 6 years and above of proven experience in real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, registration processes, and title verification.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely legal solutions.
• Male candidates only (as per client requirement).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
