Corporate Legal Advisor in Company Law and Taxation

Role & responsibilities

Legal Counsel & Advisory: Provide strategic advice to management and stakeholders on corporate policies and legal matters, including potential legal impacts of business decisions.
Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as vendor agreements, employee contracts, and commercial contracts to protect the company's interests.
Tax Planning & Compliance: Advise on tax-efficient business structures, prepare and file tax returns, and ensure the organization adheres to all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company operates in compliance with all local, state, and central legislative and regulatory guidelines.
Litigation Support: Prepare litigation teams for court cases and represent the company in disputes or arbitrations when necessary.
Strong Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate law, tax law, regulatory compliance, and related legal frameworks. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on legal issues related to corporate and tax laws to support business strategies.
