Qualification: LLB + LLM in Corporate Law & Taxation

We are Looking for a Corporate Legal Advisor in Company Law and Taxation who can Advise on legal and tax matters, Draft and review contracts, Ensure compliance with laws, Manage legal risks and Assist with strategic business decisions. Role & responsibilities

• Legal Counsel & Advisory: Provide strategic advice to management and stakeholders on corporate policies and legal matters, including potential legal impacts of business decisions.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as vendor agreements, employee contracts, and commercial contracts to protect the company's interests.
• Tax Planning & Compliance: Advise on tax-efficient business structures, prepare and file tax returns, and ensure the organization adheres to all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company operates in compliance with all local, state, and central legislative and regulatory guidelines.
• Litigation Support: Prepare litigation teams for court cases and represent the company in disputes or arbitrations when necessary.
• Strong Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate law, tax law, regulatory compliance, and related legal frameworks. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on legal issues related to corporate and tax laws to support business strategies.
