Legal Advisor

You will be joining Arima Ventures Pvt Ltd, a leading real estate firm in Chennai that specializes in working as local partners for foreign and PE funds. As a Legal Assistant/Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal guidance for real estate transactions and operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting Legal Due-Diligence for properties, preparing property and title reports, coordinating with external advocates, and drafting various legal documents related to property transactions. To excel in this role, you must have a LLB/BL degree with 5-8 years of experience in reputed Real Estate Companies. Your knowledge should encompass drafting agreements, MOUs, Joint Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, and other property-related documents. Strong command over English and working knowledge of Tamil is essential for effective communication. Your daily tasks will involve expert knowledge in civil litigation, conducting Due Diligence of immovable properties, identifying risk factors in land documents, drafting various agreements and notices, and conducting legal research on property law. You will closely coordinate with external counsels, advocate offices, and be proactive in taking up new tasks as part of a collaborative team environment. In addition to a competitive salary of up to 6 lakhs per annum for Sr. Manager and up to 4 lakhs per annum for Assistant Manager, you can enjoy benefits such as paid time off, morning shift schedule, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
