Lecturer for DMLT

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Lecturer for the DMLT program to teach, guide, and mentor students in subjects related to Medical Laboratory Technology. The candidate should have strong academic knowledge, practical skills, and passion for training future healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions for DMLT students in areas such as Biochemistry, Microbiology, Hematology, Pathology, and Clinical Laboratory Techniques.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching material, and laboratory manuals.
• Guide students in laboratory practices, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and viva-voce.
• Mentor students in academic and professional growth.
• Keep updated with recent developments in laboratory sciences and incorporate them into teaching.
• Support curriculum design and academic planning.
• Participate in departmental activities, seminars, and workshops.

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Essential:
• M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Microbiology OR
• B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) OR
• B. Pharmacy with relevant teaching/clinical experience.
• Preferred:
• Teaching experience in DMLT or allied health sciences.
• Knowledge of NABL standards, laboratory safety, and quality control.

Skills Required:

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of laboratory sciences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle laboratory equipment and train students effectively.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Good organizational and academic planning skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,028.99 - ₹33,926.63 per month
