Currently, we are seeking a Leasing Manager F&B to join our team at Malhotra Land Developers & Colonisers Pvt. Ltd. in Ludhiana. This full-time on-site role will involve overseeing the leasing of food and beverage properties, negotiating lease agreements, conducting market research, and managing tenant relationships. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of real estate laws and regulations, and prior experience in leasing commercial properties, particularly in the food and beverage sector. Additionally, the ability to conduct market research, excellent interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field are essential for success in this position.
