Job Description

As an experienced Oracle FIN cloud professional with at least 8+ years of experience and a minimum of 2-3 implementations/support experience, you will be responsible for leading FIN projects. Your role will involve: - Demonstrating good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle FIN cloud offerings, particularly in Lease Accounting (LA) Functional. - Utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively address Functional issues and solutions, especially in high-pressure situations with Oracle support and customers. - Proficiency in Cloud tools like FSM, rapid implementation templates, and ADFdi, among others. - Conducting business process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and managing Level 1-3 finance business processes. - Possessing certification in FIN offerings would be advantageous. - Having some experience in Oracle EBS is beneficial. - Writing functional specifications, OTBI reports, and analytics. - Understanding Oracle FIN cloud integrations, Data loaders, Spreadsheet data loader, etc. - Handling FIN cloud security and workflows effectively. - Demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and possessing highly developed analytical skills.,
