Strong communication skills are essential for effectively discussing functional issues and solutions, especially in highly escalated situations with Oracle support and customers. It is crucial to have a good understanding of Cloud tools like FSM, rapid implementation templates, and ADFdi. Experience in business process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and Level 1-3 finance business processes is required.
