Lease Abstractor

Greetings from Integra Global Solutions, Coimbatore. We are hiring Lease Abstractors to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Summarizing of the key financial, business and legal information
• Document validation and Analyzing Lease Documents
• Review and analyse complex lease documents to extract critical data including lease terms, rent schedules, renewal options, and tenant and landlord obligations
• Input lease data into a database, ensuring that it is accurate, complete and consistent with the lease document
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in lease data between the lease document and the database
• Communicate with clients, attorneys and leasing agents to clarify lease provisions and resolve any lease-related issues
• Ensure timely delivery of lease abstraction reports to internal and external client
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to lease abstraction and commercial real estate leasing

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in lease abstraction, commercial real estate or property management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with lease management software will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
