Lease Abstractor

As a Lease Abstraction Specialist at Integra, a division of Integra Corp, USA and Integra Ltd, UK, you will be responsible for summarizing key financial, business, and legal information. Your main responsibilities will include document validation, analyzing lease documents, conducting thorough reviews, performing quality checks, working with international clients, and various data analysis and entry tasks. You will also attend training sessions to understand client requirements and ensure client goals and quality standards are met. To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma, UG degree, or PG degree, along with at least 2 years of experience in lease abstraction. Good spoken and written English skills, interpreting skills, fast and accurate typing, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this position.
