Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Lease Abstractor. The Lease Abstractor will be responsible for reviewing and summarizing lease documents, extracting key information, and maintaining accurate records. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing lease agreements, financial data, and other related documents to ensure comprehensive abstracting and information management. Collaboration with different departments to facilitate data accuracy and consistency is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Abstracting skills for accurately summarizing lease documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with different teams
• Experience in real estate or finance industries is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in a related field is preferred
