Why this role matters The role holder is responsible to deliver Business domain expertise through knowledge transfers in a blended environment and to ensure that business metrics are achieved. This role is critical to the continuous learning process for all employees. This job is key to delivering differentiated learning experience to all employees who join the organisation, enabling them with the skillset to become future ready. Communication is key to the success of the role. Delivery and design of first class training to empower our people to learn, develop and grow by improving current skills and learning new ones. What youll be doing Plan and deliver training across various teams within Enterprise, supporting operational teams to perform at their optimum. To support our training needs. Deliver process training to new hires and upskill/crossskill within the organisation as required Participate in the roll-out and delivery of products/services within a specific unit, geographical area Spend =20 hours per month on calls/chats/other, in order to maintain excellent working knowledge of processes and products. (=40hrs when not actively aligned to a batch) To support the knowledge transfer from the onshore learning partners and foster a robust level of knowledge and understanding of the processes, products and procedures Provide inputs and consult on learner issues, course delivery methods Supply source materials, reference items and supplemental resources Conduct assessments and report results To work collaboratively with senior learning professionals in the overall provision of training to the operational teams Report new hire training performance and concerns to hiring managers and HR To meet impact goals and targets set by the business in regards to training delivery To respond positively to development feedback and coaching in order to enhance own skills and abilities Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables The skills & experience you need Knowledge and experience of working in multiple domains in Business Highly energetic and engaging, motivates others and captures attention in a training situation Organised, plans ahead, follows instructions and is reliable. Can work with minimal supervision Able to communicate new information confidently and effectively to to large groups of people in a training environment Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Good stakeholder management and conflict management skills, has a positive approach Ability to build and leverage relationships at all levels Self-motivated with a strong passion for learning and customers experience Committed to making a difference for the business A strong team player, for whom, the greater success of the team is a key driver Honest, trustworthy and demonstrates the highest standards of integrity at all times. Role model for leadership behaviours as identified in BT Takes ownership and sets a high standard for self. Flexible and accommodating in approach, in support of business requirements Proven ability to drive performance results Minimum 1 year experience in learning delivery or design, including understanding of adult learning principles, using best practices in learning approaches and learning technologies to drive performance Knowledge and experience of programme management best practices, the BT Way and BT standards for Governance, Templates and Deliverables
