Learning Experience Designer (LxD)

As a highly skilled and experienced Learning Experience Designer (LxD), you will be responsible for leading the design of complex, technical training solutions for a variety of regulated and high-stakes industries. You will work with a team of eLearning, immersive experience, and multimedia developers to bring to life immersive XR/VR experiences, eLearning modules, technical training programs, and instructional video content. Your role will involve designing complete learning solutions across multiple formats, creating detailed documentation for developers, driving all aspects of instructional design, and applying proven learning frameworks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentorship to teammates will also be a significant aspect of this role. You must possess at least 6+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or equivalent fields. Deep expertise in designing technical, procedural, and regulatory/compliance training is essential. Proficiency in adult learning theory, instructional design models, and UX principles is required. Strong communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are crucial for this role. Additionally, attention to detail, learner empathy, and design foresight are key attributes for success in this position.
