Job Description

As a Lead Learning & Development professional, your role involves driving the end-to-end learning strategy, leading impactful training programs, and nurturing a talent development culture within a large, field-focused organization based in Mumbai. You will design and implement various training programs, drive learning initiatives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure the success of L&D initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement leadership, functional, and sales training programs - Lead performance-driven learning initiatives and talent development projects - Drive mentorship, succession planning, and skill-building programs - Utilize digital learning tools effectively and manage L&D budgets - Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across various business functions Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR/OD or a related field - 12-14 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a preference for field sales training experience - Expertise in leadership development, performance management, and digital learning platforms Salary for this position is 35 LPA (including variables).,
