**Job Description:** As a Design Lead at OSB Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Design Product Owner to modernize the approach to skills within the business by creating visually engaging and user-centric digital learning modules. Your role will involve combining skills in graphic design, UX & UI, motion graphics, illustration, infographic design, layout design, and iconography to enhance the learner experience across various platforms. Additionally, you will mentor other members of the design team and participate in cross-functional squads using agile learning practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute OSB's design strategy to enhance learning engagement and retention. - Generate creative ideation and solutions for various media projects to achieve user immersion. - Collaborate with the Learning teams, People Function, and Business Function SMEs to meet stakeholder requirements. - Develop infographics, illustrations, layouts, e-learning visuals, animations, videos, and interactive content while maintaining standards and quality. - Produce high-quality design output for print & digital formats. - Explore, innovate, and implement new tools and approaches such as AI and VR to enhance digital experiences. - Conduct UX processes to gain insight into user experience and use that knowledge to improve output. - Ensure consistency across all design assets, focusing on accessibility, UX best practices, and design principles. - Collaborate with technology teams to enhance UX/UI design in all content and on OSB's Learning Management System. - Design learning journeys with a systems thinking approach considering all touchpoints during the colleague's end-to-end experience. - Participate in agile ceremonies to help Product Owners maintain visibility of flow, work in progress, and blockers. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training content and format through data analysis to track performance against desired outcomes and promote a continuous improvement culture. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the learning domain. - Support the Groups Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist in implementing initiatives for creating an inclusive and equitable work environment. - Ensure compliance with the organization's Risk Management Policies and Data Governance Policies in your area of responsibility, treating data as a valuable corporate asset that must be protected and managed effectively. **Experience Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience as an integrated designer in motion graphics, print & digital design. - Proficiency in using UX/UI techniques & principles, including web design and accessibility standards. - Experience in managing multiple projects and mentoring/leading junior members. - Track record of delivering user outcomes and impacting user engagement. - Desired experience in Articulate 360 (Storyline) and familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, LMS, HTML/CSS.,
