Description
**Role Overview:** As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Design Product Owner in the creative direction of OSB's digital learning content. Your role will involve creating visually engaging and user-centric digital learning modules across various platforms. You will play a critical role in delivering OSB Group's Learning & Skill Strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing the learner experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute OSB's design strategy to enhance learning engagement and retention. - Creative ideation and solutions for varying media projects with a focus on user immersion. - Collaborate with the Learning teams, People Function, and Business Function SMEs to meet stakeholder requirements. - Develop infographics, illustrations, layouts, e-learning visuals, animations, videos, and interactive content while maintaining standards and quality. - Produce high-quality design output for print & digital formats. - Explore, innovate, and implement new tools and approaches, including AI and VR, to improve digital experiences. - Conduct UX processes to gain insights into user experience and use that knowledge to enhance output. - Ensure consistency across all design assets, emphasizing accessibility, UX best practices, and design principles. - Collaborate with technology teams to enhance UX/UI design on OSB's Learning Management System. - Design learning journeys with a systems thinking approach, considering all touchpoints during the end-to-end colleague experience. - Participate in agile ceremonies to help maintain visibility of flow, work in progress, and blockers. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training content and format through data analysis and deploy a continuous improvement culture. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within learning. - Support the Groups Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist in implementing related initiatives for an inclusive work environment. - Ensure compliance with the organization's Risk Management Policies and Data Governance Policies in your day-to-day work. **Experience Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience as an integrated designer in motion graphics, print & digital design. - Proficiency in UX/UI techniques & principles, including web design and accessibility standards. - Experience in managing multiple projects and mentoring/leading junior team members. - Track record of delivering user outcomes and enhancing user engagement. - Familiarity with Articulate 360 (Storyline) is desired but not essential. - Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS operations, HTML/CSS is desired but not essential.,
