Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant

As a Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant at Great Learning, you will play a crucial role in driving inquiries and admissions for online/blended learning programs offered in the Domestic and International Market. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with a large volume of well-qualified leads and guiding them through the sales life cycle until final conversion and enrollment in the program. - Providing counseling to experienced professionals via call or email, recommending courses that align with their career progression. - Updating and maintaining MIS reports to track progress and performance. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Possess 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in BPOs, counseling, or sales (Travel, BFSI, EdTech, FinTech). - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. - Show a passion for growing emerging brands. The interview process will involve: - Exploratory Discussion: Assessing fitment based on communication skills, past experience, and alignment with job responsibilities. - Cultural Fitment Round: Evaluating the candidate's understanding of the role and sales acumen. - Managerial & Team Fitment Round: Determining impact, achievement, growth, and fitment within the team.
