Education & Experience:
• Graduate, with 3–5+ years of relevant training experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage training and development objectives of mapped employees and clusters.
• Ensure optimal training coverage to achieve desired sales and product mix objectives.
• Plan monthly training calendars and ensure seamless execution as per business requirements.
