Learning And Development Specialist

Details:-

Location - Bangalore

Work Mode - Work from Office

Shift - Should be willing to work in Night shift (as required by the Business)

Education - Graduate in any stream

Experience - 1 to 3 years

Interview Mode - Offline (have to come to Side office for a round of interview)

NP - Immediate to 15 days

Duties and Responsibilities:-

1) Co-ordination: -

Manages and coordinates training enrolments.
Design, prepare, and order educational aids and materials as and when required.
Acting as the SME within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding New Hire Training and development plans.
Develops and maintains organizational communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.

2) Content Design and Development: -

Coordinate with the Content team to
Designs course materials as per training/event requirements.
Develops modules and course material based on the designs.
Creates and adapts curriculum for a variety of audiences and learning delivery methods.
Develops complementary training materials that enhance learning options, including participant and leader guides, manuals, reference cards, and certifications.
Modifies programs as and when required.
Ensures available content meets the process standards.

3) Delivery: -

Delivers New Hire Training - QA.
Delivers Refresher Training.
Delivers basic and intermediate modules for developmental training as assigned by the lead/manager.
