We're Hiring: Learning Partner | Neurealm Academy

What You'll Do

As a learning partner, you won't just be "scheduling training", you will be a performance architect.

Strategic Partnership:
Act as a consultant to business leaders to identify critical skill gaps and design learning journeys that move the needle.
End-to-End Execution:
Manage the full training lifecycle, leveraging our
LMS
and enterprise channels to deliver seamless learning experiences.
Data-Driven Insights:
Go beyond "attendance" metrics. Use reporting and analytics to measure the actual impact of learning on team performance.
Ecosystem Building:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure our curriculum stays ahead of the tech curve.

What You Bring

We are looking for a blend of IT industry context and L&D expertise.

Experience:
35 years of L&D experience specifically within an
IT/Tech environment
.
Tech Savvy:
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a solid understanding of modern IT skill domains (Cloud, AI, Dev, etc.).
Analytical Mindset:
You enjoy interpreting data and using reports to tell a story about learning effectiveness.
Communication:
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
