Job Description

Learning and Development Partner

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Content Development

Design and develop
training content
based on business needs and priorities.
Act as a
Trainer and/or Master Trainer
for core learning programs.
Maintain a
balance between trainer availability, learning needs, and session planning
.

Learning & Development Execution

Oversee the
administrative and operational aspects
of L&D programs.
Ensure
accurate data management and reporting
for training analysis.
Partner with
business leaders to analyze learning needs
and recommend effective solutions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with
regional HR teams, global HR functions, and L&D colleagues
to ensure alignment in training initiatives.
Support the
business strategy through structured L&D interventions
.
Deliver on responsibilities by embodying the company's
values and leadership principles
.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

5-8+ years
of experience in a similar
L&D role
.
Bachelor's degree
in any discipline or equivalent.
Strong
stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
.
Experience in
business strategy, people management, and employee lifecycle understanding
.
