About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Performance and Learning Interns in the Learning and Development and Performance Management team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to deliver impactful training programs, support employee performance, and contribute to a culture of growth and excellence. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with managers to design and improve role-specific training plans . Conduct training sessions to address skill gaps and support employee development. Coordinate the GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) process by scheduling discussions, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-ups. Maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor training progress and analyze data for actionable insights. Measure training effectiveness through feedback and suggest improvements to enhance impact. What You ll Gain Hands-on experience in delivering and measuring impactful training programs. Exposure to tools like Power Automate and dashboards for performance tracking.
