We are seeking a Training Coordinator for our Bangalore location.
Only Immediate joiners.
Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- 5–8 years of experience in training coordination, HR operations, or learning & development- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR/LMS toolsKey Responsibilities:- Oversee the end-to-end management of specific L&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives- Plan, schedule, and coordinate L&D programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions- Administer the Training Management System (LMS), creating training schedules, sending out program invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications for training activities, monitoring participant registrations, and marking attendance
