Learning and Development Coordinator

As a Learning and Development Coordinator at KKR, a leading global investment firm, you will play a crucial role in the Talent Management team based in Gurugram. In this onsite position, you will be responsible for Learning Management System administration, particularly with expertise in Workday Learning. Your primary responsibilities will include day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System, setting up courses and programs, managing digital resources, running reports, and reconciling attendance in the Learning Hub. Additionally, you will be assigning talent development programs based on user profiles in the LMS, maintaining Learning Partner roles and permissions, and analyzing LMS activity to make appropriate suggestions. Furthermore, as part of your role, you will be the first line of support for LMS-related questions and issues. You will also collaborate with local HCBPs to identify and address specific development and training needs. Administering training and development workshops, including New Hire trainings, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, involving vendor identification and management, workshop hosting, logistics coordination, and program coordination. Moreover, you will be involved in Vendor Management, leading the global vendor onboarding process and sourcing local vendors. You will partner with the Legal team for contracts related to learning programs and coaching engagements, ensuring compliance with necessary documentation such as SOWs and contracting agreements.
