Job Title: Sales Executive. Location: Hyderabad (Hitech City) Job Type: Full-Time/6 days working/Rotational week offs Experience : 1 to 4 Years (Sales) Salary : 3 LPA to 4 LPA Benifits : Breakfast and Dinner Job Summary: We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our healthcare sales team. Whether you are a fresher eager to start your career or an experienced professional looking for a new challenge, this role offers excellent opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the growth of our healthcare products/services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams. Present, promote, and sell healthcare products/services to clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service agreements. Provide product demonstrations and training as needed. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software. Qualifications & Skills: For Freshers: Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales and willingness to learn. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Basic knowledge of the healthcare sector is a plus. For Experienced Candidates: 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or related fields would be a plus). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
