Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales.
  • Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, chats, and social media platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales or B2B technology sales.
  • Proven track record of lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services and digital solutions
  • Experience with lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and sales analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience with sales through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or social media.
  • Existing network or database of potential clients is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
