Job Description: As a Lead/Assistant Manager-Recruiter in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a specific focus on the contact center industry. Your key responsibilities will include stakeholder management, maintaining daily dashboards, and vendor performance trackers. You must excel in managing and maintaining the source mix to hire efficiently. Additionally, you will be accountable for generating footfall, ensuring select conversion, managing the vendor network, and achieving outcomes for volume hiring. Candidates with experience in the contact center industry and managed voice ops skills will be preferred. Flexibility to travel within Mumbai and outside will be required for this role.
