Lead Website & Social Commerce

Role Overview: You will be the Lead Website & Social Commerce at Quick Heal, responsible for owning and scaling the direct-to-consumer (D2C) business through the company's website and social commerce channels. Your role will involve P&L ownership, leadership in performance marketing, and implementing content-driven commerce strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the P&L for D2C and social commerce channels to ensure profitable growth. - Drive business growth by exploring new commerce models and innovative campaigns to maximize revenue. - Optimize marketing spends while enhancing return on investment. - Lead website strategy to ensure exceptional UX/UI, fast checkout, and personalized customer journeys. - Scale social commerce initiatives across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. - Design content-led commerce campaigns that leverage brand storytelling to drive sales. - Collaborate with performance marketing and SEO agencies to drive customer acquisition, improve organic visibility, and enhance content performance. - Work with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings like Quick Heal Antivirus and AntiFraud based on consumer insights. - Set up dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and present insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. - Engage with influencers, marketplaces, and affiliate partners to drive business and brand outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in P&L management and scaling D2C businesses. - Expertise in website commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and WordPress. - Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, and social commerce ecosystems. - Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing tools and affiliate management. - Strong analytics capabilities with tools like GA4, Tag Manager, and heat-mapping tools.
