As a Lead Validation Associate at Katha Ads, you will play a crucial role in validating inbound leads and identifying ideal users to optimize acquisition strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Validating inbound leads: Review and analyse incoming leads to ensure they meet qualification criteria for onboarding. - Maintaining detailed records of leads and discovery efforts in our leads management tool. - Identifying ideal users: Conducting outbound user discovery by researching and identifying potential users who align with our target audience. - Collaborating with the Growth and Marketing teams to refine the lead qualification process and improve efficiency. - Providing actionable insights on lead quality and user discovery to optimize acquisition strategies. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Recently completed or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. - Proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to project changes. - Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills to maintain operational efficiency. - Proficiency in Malayalam is essential. - Must bring your own device (laptop).
