Role: Lead Verification Specialist

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Fulltime

Language Requirement: Fluency in Malayalam and Basic Proficiency in English

Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 1 week notice period)

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate inbound leads: Review and analyze incoming leads to ensure they meet qualification criteria for onboarding.
• Maintain detailed records of leads and discovery efforts in our leads management tool.
• Identify ideal users: Conduct outbound user discovery by researching and identifying potential users who align with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to refine the lead qualification process and improve efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights on lead quality and user discovery to optimize acquisition strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Recently completed or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to project changes.
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills to maintain operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Malayalam is essential.
• Must bring their own device (laptop).
