Lead UX Designer

Job Description: As a highly experienced lead UX Designer at Aufait UX, you will be responsible for leading the UX design process of multiple projects simultaneously. Your role will involve handling teams through project completion, enabling effective communication channels with clients and within the team, supporting research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points, collaborating with customers, developers, and stakeholders, conducting usability testing, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. It is essential to stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the UX design process of multiple projects simultaneously while handling teams through project completion. - Enable effective communication channels with clients and within the team to execute the projects. - Support research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points. - Collaborate with customers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented effectively. - Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. - Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and technologies.
