Lead UI/UX Designer

As a Design Leader at Kensium, you will play a crucial role in driving UX strategy, leading design projects, and managing a team of UX and UI designers. Your responsibilities will include setting design direction, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring operational excellence in design processes. - Lead UX strategy and execution across Ecommerce Projects & other Custom Applications. - Drive the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Mentor, manage, and inspire a growing team of UX and UI designers. - Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing leads to integrate UX seamlessly into project workflows. - Present design strategies, prototypes, and solutions to US-based clients in a clear, persuasive manner. - Build and maintain design systems and documentation. - Stay current with UX trends, tools, and techniques. - Detail-oriented but also able to guide vision effectively. - Empathetic leadership style that inspires designers to excel. - Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, iterative environments. - Experience working with cross-timezone teams and managing syncs in both IST mornings and US hours.,
