Job Description

Lead Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and execute
test cases
and
automation scripts
using
Selenium Java
.
Write and execute
Advanced SQL queries
(minimum 2 years hands-on experience required) to validate backend data and complex business logic.
Track and report
defects, issues, and test results
using JIRA/ALM.
Maintain
traceability
from requirements to test cases and automation scripts.
Collaborate with
development, QA, and DevOps teams
for smooth delivery.
Perform
smoke, regression, black-box, and end-to-end testing
.
Provide
mentorship
and guidance to junior QA team members.
Participate in
Agile/Scrum
ceremonies and ensure timely test delivery.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in
Selenium WebDriver with Java
.
Minimum
2 years of experience in Advanced SQL
(joins, subqueries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Experience with
JIRA, ALM, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins
.
Good understanding of
Agile & Waterfall
methodologies.
Experience with both
frontend and backend testing
.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred domain:
Capital Market / Investment Banking
.
