Lead Technology Analyst

As a CMDB Technical Analyst at Airbus India Private Limited, you will be responsible for administering and executing configuration management changes, ensuring CMDB data integrity & robustness. You will work closely with the IT ServiceNow System Admin and all process owners within IT. Your experience in stakeholder management will be crucial for gathering, analyzing, and launching requirements related to ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB/Asset areas. You will work in an international, distributed, and multi-functional team, utilizing an agile mindset and methodology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain the accuracy and completeness of CMDB data by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies. - Define and enforce naming conventions for configuration items (CIs). - Establish relationships between CIs to accurately reflect dependencies within the IT infrastructure. - Perform data cleansing and deduplication activities. - Manage the CMDB module, improving data representation accuracy. - Develop and track key performance indicators for CMDB health. - Configure and manage data discovery tools to automatically populate the CMDB with information from various IT systems. - Integrate CMDB data with other ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. - Map data from external systems to the CMDB schema. - Define data quality standards and metrics for the CMDB. - Establish data ownership and accountability across different teams. - Implement data validation processes to ensure data integrity. **Qualifications Required:** - Overall Experience of 8-10 years in the IT Industry. - 5 years of ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM). - 5 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management & ITOM. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components (servers, networks, applications). - Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Discovery & Service Mapping. - Experience defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB governance processes and procedures. - Experience managing CI data in a ServiceNow CMDB. - Experience creating CI Data Health reports, identifying, and resolving CI data gaps.,
